- OEM parts: Manufacturers always recommend the use of OEM parts, and we believe that is the best solution. There could be circumstances where OEM parts cannot be used such as:
- Availability issues
- Insurance not covering part

Our Commitment to OEM repair procedures
We follow the manufacturer’s recommended repair procedures with every vehicle we work on. For the makes we are certified by, we have ongoing access to their recommended repair procedures, training, and access to OEM parts.
For manufacturers we don’t have certification for, we pay for access to their repair procedures. If we can’t get them, we will decline the repair! Our commitment to using manufacturer-approved methods ensures that every vehicle leaving Ron’s Collision meets the highest standards.

- Free consultations: We do an initial consultation for all repairs so we can discuss with you the options and any concerns you may have. You’ll have a full understanding of all of the work that will be done to your vehicle before we even start.
- Warranty on workmanship: Ron’s Collision Center warrants the completed repairs against defects in materials and workmanship. This obligation is only to the repair and continues for as long as you own the vehicle.
